PANLAI STEEL CO., LTD. was established in Chongming District, Shanghai in 2007. The Ministry of Foreign Trade was established in 2009. In 2014, the company moved to Baoshan District, Shanghai.

Main products: Oriented silicon steel, Non-oriented silicon steel. The PANLAI steel mill in Shanghai is a private enterprise that not only manufactures and supplies its own grade, but also serves as an agent for renowned Chinese steel mills such as Baosteel and WisCO.
